GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform aimed at agencies and service businesses. It bundles pipelines, calendars, two-way SMS and email, a visual workflow builder, social planner, reputation management, AI chat, and a sub-account model for white-labeled multi-client deployments. A REST API and an official MCP server make it a natural target for AI-authored automations: Claude Code (or any MCP-compatible client) can read pipeline state, trigger workflows, and write back to the CRM as part of a larger marketing pipeline.
